WHAT IS THE LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?

Cancellations made at least 8 hours prior to the class will result in the session being returned. Late Cancellations, made within 8 hours of the class, will result in the session being forfeited. No-shows and absences will also result in the session being forfeited.

DO I NEED TO WEAR SOCKS?

Yes, you will have to wear socks whilst doing your class due to hygiene reasons but don't worry we will have socks available to purchase in studio in case you forget.

IS THERE PARKING?

Yes we have plenty of parking available. There are car parks right in front of the studio and plenty of free on street parking close by.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION?

Of course! we have plenty of instructors to help fulfil your private session. Please contact us directly at hello@studioairepilates.com.

I HAVE AN INJURY AND WONDERING IF I CAN STILL COME?

If you have a injury and have received medical clearance, you're welcome to join our group classes. Please inform your instructor at the beginning of your class so they can discuss any necessary adjustments for you. If the injury worsens this may prevent certain movements & exercises that may require a more private session to suit you specifically.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL JOIN THE GROUP CLASSES?

Congratulations! Yes, once your doctor/OB has given you the all clear to exercise, you’re more than welcome to join our group classes. Our instructors are well versed in pregnancy safe movement and will guide you with thoughtful options and modifications to support you through each trimester. We also provide supportive props for extra comfort when needed.

This policy applies to individuals on the waitlist as well. If you have added yourself to the waitlist but can no longer attend, please ensure you cancel your spot to avoid any potential penalties.
