"I'm a mother orginally from Ireland with a passion for fitness and wellbeing. With a background in HR at firms like KPMG & Deloitte, and experience as a PT, I returned to the fitness industry after having my daughter realising my true purpose lies in helping others move, feel, and live better. Since then, I’ve completed my Reformer Pilates training with MVM and have been working at BFT BHB as a Trainer. I'm now proud to be opening my first studio, where I can combine my love for Pilates and movement with my passion for building a supportive, empowering community."

"I’m an Audiologist by profession with a passion for movement and strength. Outside of work, I love swimming, weight training, and Pilates – each keeps me grounded in a different way. I was drawn to Reformer Pilates for its focus on control and balance, and like to tailor my classes reflect that. I aim to create a supportive space where you can build strength, move with intention, and feel connected to your body."

As a Balanced Body trained instructor and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I bring a mindful, supportive approach to my teaching. With a background in education, I'm committed to life-long learning and love helping others reach their goals. My classes are designed to strike the perfect balance between challenge and fun, so you leave feeling both empowered and strong."
